Digital Identity: Paul Kagame wants smart cities in Africa

The digital conference “Transform Africa” began last Wednesday with the objective of extending digital participation in the development of Africa. About 4,000 delegates from 18 countries arrived in Kigali, capital of Rwanda and host of the forum. The president of the host country, Paul Kagame, has expressed his desire to stimulate the payment of public services online among the population, and thus to continue the development of his country, which currently has administrative services online, and a capital fully connected with WIFI Free, and 100% geolocated.
